Implementation of the In-House Agency Forum website, including migrating the platform from Orchard CMS to a modern WordPress architecture. Built a custom WordPress theme using SCSS and modular JavaScript, managed frontend workflows with npm/Gulp and Webpack for optimized asset compilation and caching, and maintained version control with Git. Leveraged Docker-based development environments for consistent local setups, utilized SSH for secure deployments, and used Composer to manage PHP dependencies. Ensured the site was structured for Gutenberg and future full-site editing enhancements while improving performance and maintainability.
